Transferring skills throughout the project…

At Conseils-Plus, we see each collaboration as a genuine transfer of skills. We train our teams throughout the entire project process. At the start of the project, the project manager will be trained in our work methodology. Once the solution is implemented, we train reference users, who then train their own teams. Finally, we share our skills and expertise to administer and manage system authorizations ( for on-premise solutions only).

SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud training: the Qualiconsult case study

The Qualiconsult Group is a company specializing in risk prevention, inspection activities and technical analyses in the construction sector. Innovative and ambitious, the group is one of the first holders of the S/4HANA Private Cloud solution in France.

Between 2023 and 2024, our team of SAP S/4HANA-certified consultants trained over 700 Qualiconsult Group employees in 23 cities.

Systematically co-facilitated by an SAP Conseils-Plus expert and a Qualiconsult ambassador, these training sessions integrated a pedagogical approach with numerous parallels with the old IT system, as well as practical exercises directly in the new S/4HANA Private Cloud system.

For Conseils-Plus, change management is at the heart of any new IT solution deployment. And for us, involving the teams is the basis for this. The biggest factor in the success of this large-scale training program was the integration of Qualiconsult ambassadors into the training creation and delivery process.
