Service reversibility: your data belongs to you, and you can retrieve it at the end of our service.

Monthly service reports

This subscription is complemented by 2 types of credit:

  • intervention package
  • work unit package 

Depending on the work to be carried out, you pay only for the time spent.

And for complete transparency, you receive a monthly detailed report enabling you to track the evolution of your maintenance budget, so that you can adjust it to suit your needs.

How can I report a problem or breakdown on my SAP system?

You can report any incident directly via our support portal. Our Support and Maintenance Center is immediately informed and handles your request as quickly as possible. You can then follow the progress of your request directly on the portal.

How do SAP updates and patches work?

If you have a Cloud solution, SAP takes care of the maintenance of your systems. Every 3 months, your ERP is automatically updated. If you have subscribed to our support and maintenance offer, we’ll send you a summary of the latest version upgrades.

If you have an On-Premise solution, updates and patches are supplied by SAP via OSS notes. It is up to you to deploy them on your ERP.

How quickly are incidents dealt with?

We make every effort to provide a solution or correction as quickly as possible. At Conseils-Plus, our team is committed to handling your requests within a maximum of 4 hours. At the time of your request,  you assess the degree of priority of your request according to 4 levels.

As an SAP user, how can I get help?

We set up SAP training sessions at your premises to help you get the most out of your SAP ERP. We also provide you with access to a set of quick-start tools.

What is the data backup and disaster recovery policy for my SAP ERP?

SAP is contractually committed to ensuring that the Cloud ERP solutions are available 99.9% of the time. In the case of an incident, a Business Recovery Plan (BRP) ensures that the system is back up and running within 2 hours.

If you have chosen an On-Premise solution, you manage your own data backup and recovery plan in the event of a problem.

Are there any self-service information sources, or an online SAP community?

The community.sap.com web site enables users and experts to exchange views on SAP issues. Another community is USF – Association des Utilisateurs SAP francophones, which organizes events on a regular basis.
